At TAKE IN, it’s all about the experience, from the first “hello” to the last drink. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, versatile bartender who feels at home in a unique setting where bar, floor and reception flow seamlessly into one another.

Your role, anything but ordinary

As a bartender at TAKE IN, you’re much more than that. You’re part of an integrated front of house team, where bar, floor and reception come together as one.

Behind the bar

• Prepare and serve cocktails, long drinks and non-alcoholic creations with skill and flair
• Know our drinks menu inside out and present it to guests with enthusiasm
• Take care of mise-en-place, cleaning and setting up the bar
• Help shape our drinks offer and bring in new ideas

On the floor

• Welcome and guide guests with a warm, easy-going hospitality
• Work with a commercial mindset and respond to what each guest needs

In the food zone We don’t have a traditional kitchen, but our bar extends into a functional food zone. This is where prepared dishes and bites are finished, seasoned and plated with care. It takes precision and an eye for presentation. You will:

• Finish prepared dishes and bar bites
• Make sure each plate looks clean and inviting
• Follow HACCP and hygiene rules closely in the food zone

At reception (when needed) For us, receptionists, floor staff and bar team are one. You’re not afraid to pick up where a colleague leaves off, and you step in at reception when the situation calls for it. An extra language or experience with hotel software is a plus, but not a must.
