You are the hostess or host of our organization and you help us to ensure the smooth daily operation of our restaurant, meeting rooms, …,. You create a friendly atmosphere where your guests and colleagues feel welcome and in good hands.

Your duties include:

• Coming to eat at TAKE IN equals a memorable experience! A great customer experience is therefore your daily mission for you. You convey your energy and customer focus to your entire team.
• Every day you learn and strive to improve. The Hospitality House environment is constantly evolving, so your daily goal is to do a little bit better than the day before!
• You welcome guests as well with a smile and guide them through the process.
• You are a true role model and a born leader who makes friends on both sides of the table. You train, inspire and motivate your team and create a true community. Striving for the balance between perfect service, optimising productivity & creating a positive and enthusiastic vibe in your team is in your blood!
• Safety and hygiene are our priority! You respect legislation and enforce internal procedures in this regard!
• Oversee the daily operational management of the restaurant.
• You build up knowledge of the dishes and drinks we offer
• You ensure the quality and punctuality of food and beverages served.
• Giving directions and instructions, as directed by the manager.
• Working in the restaurant yourself, including passing on orders.

You will join a young and enthusiastic team. You have a very varied and exciting function. No two days are the same and you have the opportunity to carry a lot of responsibility and grow with the company.

 

You will work a varied schedule with early, late and day shifts including weekend work. We offer you a permanent full-time job (38 hours per week) with indefinite contract.

• You are a born host & team player!
• You have previous hospitality experience in a managerial position
• You are enthusiastic, dynamic & maintain a positive attitude
• You have strong people skills, are sociable & have good communication skills
• Stress gives you butterflies and is anything but a problem for you, thanks to your organised & structured mindset you can steer everything in the right direction
• You doesn’t mind to work on weekends or holidays
• You speak perfect Dutch and English
